《Product after-sales policy》
All products of the company implement after-sales service strictly in accordance with the "Consumer Rights Protection Law of the People's Republic of China" and "Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China". The service content is as follows：
Dongguan Feiyi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. promises that the goods that meet the following conditions can be returned within 7 days (including the same day) from 0:00 on the second day of the receipt, and can be exchanged within 15 days (including the same day). The specific return and exchange standards are as follows：
1. Product quality reasons
Product quality reasons "refer to the reasons that can be returned and exchanged under the national three guarantees: such as functional obstacles or quality problems in the product itself."
Solution: After the after-sales customer service personnel test, and issue a test report, if it is a product quality problem, it can be returned and exchanged within the validity period of the three guarantees。
2. Operation reason
Operation reason "refers to the company's entire process of order arrangement, such as: product damage during the transportation process, missing parts, wrong delivery, or the actual product does not match the website description."
2-1 When the goods are signed for receipt, if the packaging box is found to be damaged, severely deformed, or seriously dirty on the surface, please reject it on the spot and take a photo to keep it;
2-2 When the goods are signed for receipt, please open the box to inspect the appearance of the product. If the product is found to be squeezed, deformed, damaged or missing main parts, please take a photo immediately and ask the courier to keep it.
2-3 Other unknown reasons
When the above situation occurs, please contact the customer service staff immediately, provide graphic evidence and apply for return and exchange.
3. No reason to return within seven days
Solution: If the product is returned for seven days without reason, the product can be returned under the condition that the product packaging box is complete, the accessories are complete, the product has not been disassembled, and the surface appearance is not damaged.
three、Return and exchange process
1. When you are sure that you need a return and exchange service, please contact customer service to apply for it as soon as possible.
Special reminder: If your product is purchased from a dealer authorized by our company, please contact the corresponding dealer as soon as possible.
2. Customer service review, under normal circumstances, customer service will inform you within 24 hours whether you meet the return and exchange requirements.
2-1 During the review process, please provide relevant materials as required by customer service to confirm the boundaries of responsibility.
2-2 Under special circumstances, you may be required to send back all the products or an accessory of the product to the factory for testing. This process will increase the review time.
2-3 In case of statutory holidays, the review time may be extended.
3. Result identification and processing
3-1 For those that do not meet the return and exchange standards, the customer service will contact the applicant to inform, provide an "audit report", and terminate the return and exchange application.
3-2 For those that meet the return and exchange standards, the customer service will contact the applicant, send back the product or part of the product accessories, and arrange an exchange or refund.

1. Judgment on the validity period of return and exchange
The validity period of the return and exchange starts at midnight the next day after you sign for it。
If you sign for the product on June 1st, starting from 0:00 on June 2nd, you need to contact our company’s Taobao customer service before 24:00 on June 8th to apply for a return.；
If you sign for the product on June 1st, from 0:00 on June 2nd, you need to contact our company’s Taobao customer service before 24:00 on June 16th to apply for a replacement.；
2. Items that are not part of the return service
2-1 Products that have exceeded the validity period of the return service
2-2 Products that are deformed, crushed, bruised, damaged, scratched, dirty, and other appearance problems, and cannot provide a receipt and deposit certificate. It is recommended that you open the box to check for such problems when the product is signed for receipt, in the presence of the courier, to avoid problems that cannot be documented. Otherwise, we cannot determine the cause of the problem and the line of responsibility。
2-3 Parts found after product receipt are missing. The parts here refer to important parts such as the body, nose cover, cockpit, main wing, flat tail, vertical tail, motor, ESC, steering gear, and hub of the electric model aircraft。
2-4 It is not possible to provide products in complete original packaging. Complete original factory packaging refers to the packaging of the product when it leaves the factory, including foam packaging boxes, color boxes, outer boxes, and instructions. It is recommended that you keep all factory packaging for 15 days from the date of receipt。
2-5 Products that have been assembled and will affect secondary sales after disassembly. Some parts of the product need to use glue in the assembling process. The product after glue will affect the secondary sales and will not be able to enjoy the return and exchange service. It is recommended to confirm whether the parts are intact before assembly。
2-6 Quality problems caused by misuse, collision, negligence, modification, and incorrect installation that do not follow the instructions。
2-7 Incomplete return of the requested goods。
2-8 Products that are not due to the quality of the product itself after a failure occurs。

5. Damage caused by unidentified factors。
6. Other failures and damages that are not caused by the design, manufacturing, and quality of the product itself。
7. During use, the remote controller and receiver that are not under the same brand are used, and malfunctions and damages occur。
8. During use, the parts caused by the collision caused by the failure of unknown cause are damaged. (Unknown reason refers to failures that cannot be proved to be caused by the quality of the product or parts itself, and at the same time, it is impossible to find the specific cause of the failure。）
9. During use, damage caused by alteration, addition or replacement of other non-brand accessories。

During the use of model aircraft, a rigorous attitude should be maintained. Any improper operation or negligence of any detail may cause serious accidents. According to our classification statistics of various accidents over the past ten years, most of the causes of failures are as follows：
1. The remote control and receiver under the same brand are not used。
2. Replace the ESC connector. When replacing, the solder is not strong, and there are bubbles inside, resulting in occasional poor contact。
3. Replace high-power LED lights, or excessively increase the number of LED lights, resulting in excessive BEC/UBEC load。
4. Failure to carefully debug the product according to the "Instructions", including the center of gravity, the center angle of the flat tail, the center position of the rudder surface, the working direction of the rudder surface, etc.。
5. The level of flight technology has not reached the level of skill required for the current product to fly。
6. Added other additional equipment

8. After the product is used, there is no regular inspection of the landing gear, steering gear, power unit, etc.。
9. After the product is used, it is not regularly checked whether the joints of each component are abnormal。

4. During the warranty period, if the product needs to be returned to the factory for repair due to the quality of the product itself, we will pay the freight, and the related repair fees and working hours will be exempt。
5. During the warranty period, if the product needs to be returned to the factory for repair for reasons other than the quality of the product itself, the applicant shall pay the freight, related repair materials and working hours.。
6. Outside the warranty period, if it is necessary to return to the factory for repair, the applicant shall pay for the freight, related repair materials and working hours。
